Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership in fine dining, a strong understanding of guest service at the highest level, and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic and dedicated team.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and motivate our team of hospitality professionals to deliver consistent, elevated experiences. Partner closely with the BOH team to maintain alignment during service. Develop and enforce service standards, training programs, and operational procedures. Manage scheduling, payroll, and labour costs efficiently. Handle guest relations with professionalism and discretion, resolving issues effectively. Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulations. Seeking and responding to feedback Creatively evolving the service experience to continually delight our customers

Qualifications



Minimum 3 years of management experience in a fine dining environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and sustain a high-performing team. Deep knowledge of hospitality best practices and service standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and reporting. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Sommelier or advanced wine knowledge is considered an asset. Belief in a learning mindset with a core focus on leadership coaching over strict management
