Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while supervising all front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Implement and maintain food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations. Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supply while minimizing waste. Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members to promote professional development. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of service excellence.

Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or food service industry is essential. Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is required. Demonstrated ability in team management and supervising staff effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Previous experience in managing restaurant operations, including inventory control and financial management, is preferred.

Pay: $62,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
