At FH Farmhouse we only use premium quality ingredients for our salads and every product we serve. We serve our own FH Farmhouse created salads and have the option of building your own salads using tasty and healthy choices. We also offer local beverages with health at top of mind in our front marketplace. FH Farmhouse carries our own line of eco-conscious branded apparel which you can find at our first location Toronto location.

Position Overview:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and achieve operational goals Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, promoting a positive work environment Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to optimize profitability Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives

Qualifications:

The Ideal candidate should have QSR experience 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role in hospitality/service industry. Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business results. Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
