Qualification | Requirements
Operating the restaurant 5 days a week
Scheduling and managing the FOH team
Daily cash out, monthly report, managing software issues. Previous experience with Open table/Light speed/Moneris is a asset
Keeping track of wine, liquor and FOH supplies with sommelier
Organising events E-mail and group booking requests
Hiring and training new FOH employees
Being comfortable and efficient in a stressful environment
Having worked in a fine dining establishment is a asset
A passion for guest service, this position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required
Bartending knowledge is required
- Wine & Food knowledge is an asset. Candidates with WSET diploma will have a strong advantage.
A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days / nights
