Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards.
Manage staff.
Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or restaurant industry is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
