As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to policies. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that align with customer preferences. Implement health and safety regulations in accordance with local laws and guidelines. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols within the restaurant environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Proficient in kitchen operations, including meal preparation techniques and equipment usage. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with both staff and customers. Pay: $16.68-$18.00 per hour
