Wing'n It Moncton is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Server to join our team! If you're a motivated, friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all guests have a memorable dining experience
• Take customer orders accurately for dine-in, takeout, and over-the-phone orders
• Prepare and serve drinks from the bar in a timely manner
• Prepare and present desserts to guests
• Keep the front of house clean and organized, including the dining area, bathrooms, and all service stations
• Ensure the restaurant is stocked with necessary inventory and supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and cleanliness protocols
• Handle cash and process payments accurately

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Canadian citizen or have a valid work permit)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Responsible Beverage certification is required

• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Restaurant: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (required)

Language:

• English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Responsible Beverage (required)
• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
