We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidates.
Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high quality and presentation.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely service and accurate billing.
Assist with food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and upselling menu items when appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Support team members during busy periods by multitasking across various roles such as serving, cashiering, or food preparation.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
