Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
