Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating young children in a safe and engaging environment. Duties

Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Provide care for children with disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for children to explore and learn. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and education.

Skills

Classroom experience is essential for managing group dynamics effectively. Experience working with people with disabilities is highly valued, ensuring inclusivity in care. Strong teaching skills to facilitate learning through play and structured activities. Background in early childhood education to support developmental milestones. Proven experience with children in various settings, demonstrating patience and understanding. Caregiving skills that emphasize empathy, responsibility, and nurturing behavior.
