Ce poste de Lead Cabin Procurement FAL Interface est fait pour vous.


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 d'Airbus recherche un.e Responsable technique pour rejoindre notre equipe Achats Operation Cabine basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


Vous agirez comme un point de contact essentiel et un gestionnaire de projet pour l'equipe Cabin FAL Interface (CFI), afin de renforcer la performance des fournisseurs de cabine sur les sites d'assemblage de l'A220.


En tant que Responsable Cabin FAL Interface , vous ferez partie d'une equipe soudee et autonome qui promeut la collaboration et le soutien mutuel. Votre mission sera de coordonner les actions de l'equipe et de mener des projets d'amelioration continue pour maximiser l'efficacite et la qualite des operations des fournisseurs.

Vos defis :



Coordination des projets d'amelioration :

Agir comme le point de contact et le gestionnaire de projet pour l'equipe CFI. Vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'execution et du suivi des projets d'amelioration continue afin d'optimiser la performance des fournisseurs.

Leadership technique :

Guider l'equipe dans l'analyse et la resolution de problemes complexes lies aux activites des fournisseurs sur site. Vous apporterez votre expertise pour identifier les causes profondes et mettre en oeuvre des solutions efficaces.

Surveillance de la performance :

Definir et surveiller les indicateurs de performance cles (KPI) pour evaluer et garantir la qualite des services des fournisseurs, et partager ces resultats avec les parties prenantes.

Gestion des couts :

Assurer la maitrise des couts de reparation des pieces de cabine en coordonnant l'equipe et en garantissant une gestion rigoureuse et la determination des responsabilites.

Amelioration continue :

Mettre en oeuvre les methodologies et outils d'amelioration continue (par exemple, Lean, 6 Sigma) pour stimuler l'efficacite operationnelle et la qualite au sein de l'equipe et de la chaine de valeur.

Communication et collaboration :

Faciliter la communication et les interactions entre les membres de l'equipe CFI et les autres equipes (ingenierie, finance, production) ainsi que les fournisseurs.

Votre profil :



Experience :

Experience significative (entre 5 et 10 ans) dans la gestion de la chaine d'approvisionnement, avec une expertise specifique en gestion des fournisseurs et des operations sur site. Une experience en coordination d'equipe ou en role de "lead" sans gestion hierarchique est un atout.

Competences techniques :

Connaissance approfondie des methodologies et des outils d'amelioration continue (ex : Lean, 6 Sigma) et de la gestion de projet.

Esprit d'analyse :

Capacite a identifier les causes premieres des problemes et a concevoir des solutions durables.

Savoir-etre :

Vous etes autonome, proactif, oriente vers les resultats et capable de federer les energies. Vous avez d'excellentes competences en communication et un sens aigu de la collaboration.

The Airbus A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a technical leader to join our ABPOC (Procurement Operation Cabin) team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). You will act as a key contact and project manager for the Cabin FAL Interface (CFI) team, to enhance the performance of cabin suppliers on the A220 assembly sites.


As a Cabin FAL Interface Lead , you will be part of a close-knit and autonomous team that promotes collaboration and mutual support. Your mission will be to coordinate the team's actions and lead continuous improvement projects to maximize the efficiency and quality of supplier operations.

Your challenges



Project coordination:

Act as the main point of contact and project manager for the CFI team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring continuous improvement projects to optimize supplier performance.

Technical leadership:

Guide the team in the analysis and resolution of complex problems related to on-site supplier activities. You will provide your expertise to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Performance monitoring:

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and ensure the quality of supplier services, and share these results with stakeholders.

Cost management:

Ensure control of cabin parts repair costs by coordinating the team and ensuring rigorous management and liability determination.

Continuous improvement:

Implement continuous improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, 6 Sigma) to drive operational efficiency and quality within the team and the value chain.

Communication and collaboration:

Facilitate communication and interactions between CFI team members and other teams (engineering, finance, production) as well as suppliers.

Experience:

Significant experience (between 5-10 years) in supply chain management, with specific expertise in supplier management and on-site operations. Experience in team coordination or a "lead" role without hierarchical management is a plus.

Technical skills:

In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, 6 Sigma) and project management.

Analytical skills:

Ability to identify the root causes of problems and design sustainable solutions.

Interpersonal skills:

You are autonomous, proactive, results-oriented, and capable of uniting others. You have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of collaboration
