• Piloter des projets lixc3xa9s aux solutions anti-usure et fabrication mxc3xa9canique pour les clients industriels.
• Analyser les besoins techniques des clients et recommander les solutions les plus adaptxc3xa9es
• Supporter les ventes dans lxc3xa9laboration des projets
• Planifier et coordonner les diffxc3xa9rentes xc3xa9tapes des projets : sxc3xa9lection des matxc3xa9riaux, mise en xc5x93uvre et validation des performances.
• Superviser la logistique et lapprovisionnement en matxc3xa9riaux et xc3xa9quipements.
• Assurer un suivi rigoureux du respect des xc3xa9chxc3xa9anciers et des budgets.

• Lead projects related to anti-wear solutions and mechanical manufacturing for industrial clients.
• Analyze the technical needs of clients and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Support sales in developing projects.
• Plan and coordinate the different phases of projects: material selection, implementation, and performance validation.
• Oversee logistics and procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure strict follow-up on timelines and budgets.

The successful candidate must live close to the work location and have a valid work permit.Formation et expxc3xa9rience

• Baccalaurxc3xa9at en gxc3xa9nie mxc3xa9canique OU diplxc3xb4me en techniques de gxc3xa9nie mxc3xa9canique avec expxc3xa9rience pertinente.
• Minimum 3 xc3xa0 5 ans dexpxc3xa9rience en gestion de projets industriels, maintenance ou fabrication
• Connaissance des procxc3xa9dxc3xa9s anti-usure (projection thermique, revxc3xaatement dur, soudage spxc3xa9cialisxc3xa9).
• Expxc3xa9rience en gestion de contrats et relations avec des clients industriels (un atout).

• Excellente comprxc3xa9hension des phxc3xa9nomxc3xa8nes dusure et des matxc3xa9riaux

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering OR a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management, maintenance, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of anti-wear processes (thermal spraying, hard coating, specialized welding).
• Experience in contract management and client relations with industrial clients (an asset).

Technical and Professional Skills

• Excellent understanding of wear phenomena and materials.
• Experience in quality assurance and industrial process control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and client specifications.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and autonomy.

Languages
