Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) responsable de l'equipe d'Hospitalite pour rejoindre notre equipe des Services aux Membres.
En tant que membre cle de l'equipe de gestion, le/la responsable supervise, encadre et motive les receptionnistes afin d'offrir une experience exceptionnelle a nos clients et visiteurs, en :

  • Faisant preuve de jugement, de professionnalisme et d'enthousiasme dans la gestion quotidienne de l'equipe
  • Assurant la formation des receptionnistes et veillant a l'application rigoureuse des procedures et standards de service
  • Creant un environnement accueillant et chaleureux, favorisant un sentiment de communaute
  • Accueillant les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme des leur arrivee
  • Gerant les reservations, les paiements et la planification des services offerts
  • Veillant a offrir une premiere impression memorable et positive
  • Effectuant les enregistrements, repondant aux questions et resolvant les problemes avec efficacite
  • Maintenant la proprete et l'ordre des espaces d'accueil pour garantir une experience haut de gamme
  • Communiquant avec les services d'entretien et de maintenance en cas de besoin
  • Repondant aux demandes concernant les services et installations de l'etablissement
  • Appliquant les procedures operationnelles standards et assurant une qualite constante
  • Effectuant des taches administratives telles que la tenue de caisse, la comptabilite de base, le classement et la gestion de documents
  • Participant a la gestion des stocks de produits et fournitures
Profil recherche :
  • Disponibilite pour travailler selon un horaire flexible (incluant soirs, fins de semaine et jours feries)
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'experience en supervision dans un environnement hotelier ou de loisirs
  • Capacite demontree a recruter, former et diriger une equipe orientee vers le service client
  • Aptitude a travailler efficacement sous pression
  • Connaissance approfondie des standards de service a la clientele
  • Personnalite chaleureuse et capacite a interagir avec une clientele variee
  • Bonne memoire et sens de l'humour agreable
  • Capacite a effectuer des calculs rapides lors de la gestion de paiements
  • Sens de l'organisation et efficacite
  • Excellentes competences en communication

Midtown is looking for a Hospitality Lead who will play a key role in creating a positive experience in every interaction with members and guests.
As the Hospitality Lead, you will be responsible for developing, directing, and leading our Hospitality Team in delighting our members and guests each day. Your ability to communicate and to bring the team together will be mission critical.
Demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism and optimism while directing the work of associates
Assist with front desk training and holding associates accountable for carrying out defined procedures and behaviors.
Help members with program registration, payment processing, and scheduling services.
Handle check-ins, addressing questions and resolving issues appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness of front desk areas to contribute to an exceptional facility experience.
Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported.
Answer queries regarding club services and facilities
Implement processes and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of service.
Perform basic bookkeeping, cashiering, filing, and clerical duties.
Assist with inventory of product and supplies.
Experience Requirements
Availability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and some holidays)
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a health club or hospitality environment
Proven ability to hire, train and lead productive service-minded associates
Work gracefully and quickly under pressure
Working knowledge of customer services standards
Great personality that naturally connect with a wide variety of people
Keen memory and delightful sense of humor
Quickly make calculations when handling money
Highly organized and efficient
Excellent communication skills
