Brunch supervaisor



The

Cook

prepares and cooks food, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:



Prepares and cooks all meals according to Executive Chef's direction Follows all food handling, health and safety regulations Controls waste of food Works swiftly and safely to deliver quick client service Maintains prep and storage areas in a clean, tidy and safe manner Keep records of quantities used and assists with food and supplies ordering Ensures proper rotation of perishable stocks Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

The ideal candidate:



High school diploma Culinary school graduate 3-5 years previous experience, excelling in a team environment

Les responsabilites specifiques comprennent ce qui suit, sans toutefois s'y limiter:



Prepare et cuisine des aliments selon les directives du chef de cuisine. Respecte toutes les regles en matiere de manipulation des aliments, d'hygiene et de securite. Controle les pertes d'aliments. Travaille rapidement et de facon securitaire afin d'offrir un excellent service a la clientele. Maintient les aires de preparation et d'entreposage propres, bien ordonnees et securitaires. Consigne les quantites utilisees et collabore aux commandes d'aliments et de fournitures. S'assure de la rotation appropriee des stocks d'aliments perissables. Se conforme a toutes les politiques et exigences de sante-securite. Assurer le respect en matiere de protection de la vie privee, des reglementations et des mesures de cybersecurite.

Le(la) candidat(e) ideale) possede :



Diplome d'etudes secondaires Certificat d'une ecole de cuisine De 3 a 5 annees d'experience prealable; doit exceller dans un environnement axe sur le travail d'equipe Bilingue en francais et en anglais.
