Resourcing Advisor
to join our team, supporting our Vancouver, BC office location.
We are looking for a strong intermediate level recruiter , who will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience for permanent and contract roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, attracting and onboarding the right talent, in a timely manner to support organizational goals.

What does this role involve ? Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to organizational needs.
Create and post engaging job descriptions across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Communicate relevant market intelligence to support proactive search initiatives.
Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping to provide information on competitors, key talent/skills movement and current market activity
What are we looking for in our future team member ? Qualifications:
Related qualification in HR or relevant business-related experience in recruiting.
Between 5 - 7 years' experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment in both Canada and US market
Strong research and talent sourcing skills using various online platforms and data sources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, or comparable cloud-based applicant tracking systems is highly desired
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft suite of applications
Strong understanding of Canadian and American market, labor laws and employment standards.
Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
