Campbell River Family Services Society has a vacancy for a Resource Enhancement Counsellor. The Resource Enhancement Counsellor provides support services to approved MCFD caregivers that includes educational, consultative and child and youth behaviour strategies to foster parents involved in providing residential care to children and youth in their homes. Qualifications required for this position include: degree in a related human/social service field; one (1) year recent related experience or equivalent combination education, training and experience. This position is required to work in a stressful environment, on an outreach basis, outside the organization\xe2\x80\x99s facilities. Qualifications & Experience required: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related human/social service field; and \xc2\xb7 Two years recent related experience; or \xc2\xb7 An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. This position requires: - Union membership. - Completion of a criminal record check. Valid driver\'s license, purchase of business insurance as per Society policy - Vehicle for the performance of duties.
