One Full-time contract Resource Advisor, position available, starting on September 15, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2026, working 37.5 hours per week.

Your Role:




Provides information and support to all clients using the Resource Centre. Conducts need assessments to determine eligibility for various Agency programs and provides information on additional community resources as necessary. Facilitates job search and employment preparation workshops as required. Offers friendly, professional, efficient and effective customer service. Works in alignment with the Agency's commitment to equity to further create a sense of belonging at the Agency.

Your Talents and Experience:




Knowledge and experience of employment/career development through direct or indirect experience. Diploma or degree in a related discipline or 1-2 years equivalent experience. Ability to relate well with the public. Strong organizational, communication and administrative skills desired. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and as part of a high performing team. Some evening work will be required. Excellent oral and written skills. Working knowledge of MS Office and various social media platforms.
