You Will:
Act as a Resort Ambassador by promoting a safe, friendly, and professional environment.
Perform housekeeping and general maintenance duties as required.
Comply with all safety regulations, actively participate in the resort's health & safety program, and work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extreme weather.
Maintain and care for all park features, including building, repairing, and inspecting take-offs, landings, and terrain elements.
Determine when features should be open or closed, ensuring proper signage, fencing, ropes, gates, pylons, and park entrances are in place.
Keep the park clean, organized, and welcoming with daily upkeep of features, signage, fencing, and garbage removal.
Document Park maintenance in a daily log, monitor entrances, and conduct rider counts.
Work closely with grooming, lift operations, ski patrol, and other departments to coordinate park status and safety.
Educate guests on park rules, direct traffic, and aid with resort information, conditions, and events.
Support other operational duties as assigned.
You Have:
Previous experience in customer service, maintenance, construction, or a related role, with mechanical aptitude and familiarity with small power tools.
Intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding skills to access mid-mountain terrain.
Physical ability to work outdoors in all conditions, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-focused, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude.
A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clear abstract.
Assets: Certification with CSIA, CASI, Freestyle Canada, or Terrain Park Builders course; ski industry experience.
