We're seeking a reliable Facilities Coordinator to manage daily office operations in Calgary. As the first point of contact, you'll support staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk.
  • Support staff with office needs.
  • Order and restock kitchen supplies; maintain coffee machines.
  • Coordinate vendors and manage work orders.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders.
  • Monitor building operations and resolve issues.
  • Travel to nearby sites as needed.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks.
Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in facility operations and admin tasks (invoicing, POs)
  • Budgeting/financial experience is an asset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic knowledge of electrical/HVAC systems is a plus
  • Willing to travel occasionally between sites
