Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing and overseeing the daily operation of the Bar & Grill kitchen
Cooking breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner menu items
Monitoring inventory and ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Plating food, operating the fryer and grill, prep work, dishes
Coordinating and communicating effectively with team members in the kitchen and other departments
Ability to work 7 days a week for the 8-10 week position.
Requirements:
Red Seal Chef
4 years experience working a grill and line cooking
Breakfast cooking experience considered an asset
Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment
WHMIS certified
Food Safe certified
Plating experience required
Must be motivated, responsible & mature
Ability to think on your feet & proactive
Reliability is a MUST
Customer service focused
