Now Hiring: Residential Transition Specialist (Part-Time, As-Needed)

Location: Trenton, ON and surrounding areas

Schedule: Flexible | As-needed basis

Are you compassionate, organized, and enjoy helping others navigate major life transitions? We're looking for a Residential Transition Specialist to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to seniors and families as they downsize, move, or transition homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to assess needs and create personalized transition plans Provide emotional support and consistent communication throughout the process Assist with sorting, packing, unpacking, and setting up in the new home Manage the sale and donation of household items Coordinate and oversee moving day logistics Work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and dignity during each step
Ideal Candidate:

Empathetic and patient with excellent communication skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable with light physical work (packing, lifting boxes, etc.) Problem-solver with a calm, solutions-focused mindset Experience in senior care, social work, home organization, or move management is an asset Access to reliable transportation

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week
