Community Living Hanover is a dynamic, values-driven organization dedicated to supporting people with developmental disabilities in living meaningful, inclusive lives in their communities. We are currently seeking a Residential Manager to join our leadership team.

POSITION SUMMARY



The Residential Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, planning, and management of Community Living Hanover's residential services, including group living, community participation and supported independent programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager ensures that services are delivered in a manner that is safe, respectful, person-centred, and fully compliant with all applicable legislation, funder requirements, and organizational policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Leadership and oversight of residential programs and staff Ensure compliance with MCCSS, QAM, ESA, OHSA, AODA, and organizational policies Staff supervision, coaching, and performance management Program planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement Stakeholder engagement and reporting Participation in after-hours on-call rotation

QUALIFICATIONS



Degree/diploma in Developmental Services, Social Services, Management, or equivalent Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience Experience in developmental services and residential supports Strong communication and leadership skills Unionized environment experience an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

Secondary School (required)
Experience:

supervisory or management: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Safe Management and/or Non Violent Crisis Intervention (preferred) First Aid Certification or are you willing to obtain (required) G Driver's License with a Clear Driver's Abstract (required) or ability to obtain clear Police Check (required)
Work Location: In person
