Whether you're a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), a long-term-care worker, or someone with a genuine calling to support others, we'd love to meet you. Experience is an asset, but heart and consistency matter most.

About the Role

You'll support adults in their homes, day and night, ensuring comfort and safety while helping them build independence.
Your shift may include checking routines, assisting with personal care or medication, tidying shared spaces, and keeping accurate notes for the team.
You'll be a calm, steady presence that helps people feel safe in their own homes.

What You Bring

Compassion, patience, and respect for all people High-school diploma or equivalent (Human Services diploma an asset) CCA or long-term care experience is a strong asset Standard First Aid & Intermediate CPR Level C Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check Valid driver's license Valid vehicle insurance
