Support Worker - (Microboard-Run Home)
We are seeking reliable staff withgroup home experience
to join our small, microboard-run residence supporting 2 non-verbal young men.Position:

2 PM - 10 pm Key WorkerAbout the Home:
This is a microboard-run residence, meaning the home is directed by a small non-profit society made up of family and community members. We focus on providing personalized, consistent, and caring support in a family-style setting.
Requirements for the position :
Previous group home experience is Required for this position .WiIl not accept any resumes without required experience.
Ensure his comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the shift
Follow individualized care plans and communication strategies
Support with personal care needs, including some bowel care ,mobility assistance as well as some transferring.
Must have the ability to remain calm and compassionate while helping to soothe and support someone experiencing significant abdominal pain related to IBS.
Engage and support in all activities including CI programs
Promote comfort, routine, and quality of life
Complete daily documentation and communicate effectively with other team members
Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
Drivers License
