Inclusion Clare is hiring a

Casual Residential Support Worker

to assist adults with diverse abilities in a supportive home environment. This role focuses on empowering individuals through respectful, person-centered support that encourages independence and meaningful engagement in daily life.
We are specifically seeking a candidate who is available to work

night shifts

, with

day shifts

as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overnight support, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents Assist with evening and morning routines, personal care, and hygiene Promote independence using Active Support principles Administer medications safely and monitor residents' well-being overnight Maintain a clean, respectful, and home-like atmosphere Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members Uphold safety protocols and maintain resident confidentiality

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (relevant experience or education is an asset) Experience working with individuals with diverse abilities preferred Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Comfortable working night shifts independently Patient, confident, and trustworthy Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, professional, and a team player
