As a Residential Security Guard, there is a high focus on Scheduled Patrols, removing unauthorized individuals, Environmental checks and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a Residential environment.

Responsibilities for Residential Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Manage Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal. Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Maintain a safe and Secure environment Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. Remove unauthorized individuals and De-escalate situations Perform environmental checks during Patrol Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.

Qualifications for Residential Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Must be able to work Nights. Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment
