The Role

We're searching for a

Residential Project Manager

to oversee renovations and new construction projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, who can juggle client expectations with construction realities -- and deliver results every time.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage multiple residential projects (renovations, additions, and new builds). Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and transparent communication. Ensure projects are built to Knox's quality standards and delivered on time/on budget. Oversee safety, permits, inspections, and compliance with building codes. Resolve issues proactively while keeping projects moving forward smoothly.
What We're Looking For

Experience:

5+ years managing residential construction projects (renovations & new builds).

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of residential building codes, construction methods, and sequencing.

Skills:

Budget management, scheduling, and contract administration. Proficiency in project management software.

Mindset:

Organized, accountable, and solutions-driven, with a passion for great design and craftsmanship.

People Skills:

Able to build trust with homeowners, lead crews, and manage trades effectively.
