Green and Clean Home Solutions is hiring a Residential Painting Crew Lead to oversee painting projects and support team members on site.

This position is suited for skilled painters with leadership experience who take pride in delivering efficient work, high-quality results, and exceptional professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise residential painting crews on both interior and exterior projects. Perform client walk-arounds, confirm satisfaction, and secure final payments. Maintain job site quality and productivity in accordance with company expectations. Complete all necessary documentation for project tracking, inventory management, and payroll processing. Provide outstanding, homeowner-focused service to clients and referral partners. Train, mentor, and assist junior painters to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure tools and equipment are kept organized, functional, and safely stored.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of residential or professional painting experience (required). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Comfortable using ladders and handling equipment safely. Positive, detail-oriented, and collaborative work style. Secondary school diploma (preferred). WHMIS or Working at Heights certification (an asset; training can be provided).

Pay & Advancement

Competitive hourly pay of

$35-$40
