Our counsellors provide emotional support, encouragement, and counseling to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

Provide positive emotional support, encouragement and counselling to the residents. Ensure the safety of residents. Oversee resident behavior and assist them in completing daily living tasks. Remind residents of scheduled medical appointments and attend where required. Administer medications ensuring residents take proper medications as prescribed. Maintain detailed shift records. Light house work, preparing meals, and daily maintenance of the community residence. Ability to handle crisis situations.
