Residential Coordinator - Revelstoke, BC

We are looking for a Residential Coordinator to join our Revelstoke branch. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson or experienced industry professional who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Coordinate residential electrical projects from scheduling through completion Support field crews by organizing materials, equipment, and documentation Liaise with clients, builders, and inspectors to ensure seamless communication Track job progress, timelines, and budgets to keep projects on schedule Maintain accurate records using company software and Microsoft Excel Anticipate project needs and troubleshoot issues before they escalate Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, and team collaboration

What We're Looking For

Experience in the electrical industry is required; Red Seal Electrician certification strongly preferred Strong project coordination or supervisory skills in residential construction Comfortable with technology, including MS Office (especially Excel) Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic team Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, skilled in basic math and sciences

Pay: BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND JOB PERFORMANCE

8 hour shift, 5 days/week

PM Monday - Friday

Experience:

Residential Electrician: 2 years (required)

Residential renovation project experience

License/Certification:

Drivers License & driving abstract (required)

Journeyman Certificate (not required but electrical field and parts knowledge is)
