We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential/Commercial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and possess the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various commercial buildings. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as experience with low voltage systems.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in Residential/commercial buildings according to local codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various electrical tasks. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Conduct renovations involving electrical work while adhering to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and practices during all work activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an electrician, particularly in commercial or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Familiarity with construction practices related to electrical installations. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to the trade. Previous maintenance person experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
