House Cleaner

Overview:

Join our team as a House Cleaner at IOC solutions, where we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch cleaning services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to ensure homes are kept clean and organized to the highest standards.

Duties:

- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of the house

- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and ironing clothes

- Prepare meals or assist with cooking as needed

- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes

- Uphold organizational standards by arranging items and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the house

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and inquiries courteously and promptly

Experience:

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields is preferred

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

- Knowledge of hospitality practices is a plus
