About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Carpenter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction. A license is not required, but what matters most is your proven expertise, reliability, and ability to complete high-quality work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of residential carpentry tasks (framing, decking, trim work, interior and exterior finishes, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently Load, transport, and unload materials using company trucks and trailers Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience Valid G driver's license Comfortable and experienced with towing/hauling trailers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Must have own basic hand tools (power tools are an asset) Willing to work outdoors year-round

Preferred (but not required):

Carpentry license or trade certification Experience leading small crews
