Don't search anymore!Cogir Real Estate is seeking a team of two for a Residential Building Superintendent team of two position, to join our multi-residential apartment complex located in Ottawa, ON.The position(s) will include the following:
- Live in position with a Rent-Free Apartment
- On-the-job Training
- Administrative office duties;
- Show vacant apartments to prospective residents;
- Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors;
- Prepare apartments for new residents;
- Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections;
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance;
- Other grounds maintenance;
- Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly;
- Always maintaining positive safety and security;
- Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
- Maintain fire safety and winter logs;
- Follow an "on call" schedule;
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- Computer Knowledge (Email, Word, Excel);
- Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset;
- Oral communication;
- Working with others;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- 8 hour shift
