'Responsibilities'

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction projects.

Perform concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and tile laying tasks. Install cabinets, flooring, caulking, and perform general carpentry work. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Assist with construction estimating and project planning. Conduct restoration work as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.'

'Qualifications'

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, masonry, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.

Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Valid experience with roofing, siding, flooring installation, or cabinet installation is preferred. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.'

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
