Job Title: Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities. The Cleaner will ensure a clean and orderly environment for each clients home.

Duties:
- Perform Commercial/Residential cleaning tasks such as, Dusting, vacuuming, Mopping, Change of garbages, Organizing, Staging, Etc. Cleaning/Sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment and furniture as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals within the facility
- Execute custodial duties including trash removal from bathrooms and bedrooms
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes ( must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a strong work ethic and ensuring all details are met - time management is very important within this field as well as the quality of work you are providing )

Skills:
- Experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning ( willing to train if needed, but experience is preferred )
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of custodial procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
