Responsibilities:

- Provide support to Lead Technician in various areas such as equipment handling, task planning, and customer service

- Perform labor-oriented tasks related to interior and exterior cleaning (commercial and/or residential)

- Utilize operations management system for dispatching and completing work orders

- Perform general equipment maintenance tasks

Skills & Qualifications

- Driver's License considered asset
- Excellent communication skills, both

written and verbal

- Team Player with a

- Meets

physical demand

of role (regularly lift up to 45lb)
- MEWP (boom lift) training considered asset
- Fall Arrest/Working at Heights training considered a

valuable asset

- customer service skills are crucial to this role (required)

We operate on

compressed work weeks (4 days per week), or cumulative total of 40 hours per week if 5-day week is preferred.

While we strive to achieve >85% of our work with "boots on the ground", we do make use of ladders and elevated platforms for worksites that require it.

Starting wage is $22/hr + OT, with transition to performance-pay structure after successful completion of 2 week onboarding (without pay cap - some techs achieve up to $40/hr)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
