We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented team member who will play a critical role in supporting our Leasing Agents, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for both prospective and current residents. You will be the key handoff point between our leasing and operations teams -- processing applications, managing monthly payments, following up on inquiries and collections, and helping to ensure our communities run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and caring -- someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every interaction. This role is also perfect for someone who values teamwork and culture-building, and who enjoys making things happen efficiently and effectively.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a professional coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Acting as of point of contact for resident relations
Administration and collection of tenant account receivables and reconciliation of resident
accounts;
Processing of residential leasing applications;
Leasing preparation and signing;
Preparing correspondence as necessary;
Creating and maintaining resident files;
Maintaining documentation and resident files in a complete and timely manner, and
Assisting as necessary with other duties as assigned.
