We are seeking a

temporary floater Physiotherapist

to provide coverage from

November to February

, with the possibility of transitioning into a part-time Physiotherapist positiondepending on clinic openings.

Your responsibilities would include:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve rehabilitation goals. Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs to support their recovery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress reports. Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy techniques and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications:

Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college. Professional liability insurance Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. 1-2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with licenses are encouraged to apply!).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
