What We're Looking For

:

Experience:

Preferably Canadian experience in a busy private clinic setting. New graduates with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.

Certifications:

Aspiring to complete or already have certifications in acupuncture, concussion rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and ART is a plus.

Caseload Management:

Motivated individuals who can build and manage a diverse patient caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Community Engagement:

Willingness to participate in community events and create content for social media and blogs.

Team Player:

Interested in collaborative patient care and sharing knowledge with fellow healthcare professionals. Must be able to participate in community & promotional events to represent the clinic. Must be able to do videos for social media & write blogs. Interested in sharing knowledge and engaging in team-based patient care with other healthcare professionals in the clinic Good time management, multitasking and problem solving skills. People-person who cultivates a nurturing and enjoyable environment for both patients and staff. Ability to uphold the high level of patient experience that the clinics are known for. Registered and in good standing with Ontario college of Physiotherapy Liability Insurance Ability to work independently Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis Proficient computing skills and the use of: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel Proficient use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) Communicate effectively and professionally with patients and staff Previous MVA and WSIB experience is an asset

Salary:

Competitive compensation as an independent contractor role. Remuneration (split pay compensation) in favor for the therapist
