We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as Resident Manager.

Job Duties:

Managing rental leads and inquiries Showing both vacant and occupied suites Overseeing tenant move-ins and move-outs Handling rent collection and lease paperwork Managing maintenance concerns and coordinating necessary repairs Performing suite turnover maintenance and cleaning Requesting work orders and supervising trades Conducting minor building maintenance, painting, and seasonal landscaping Ensuring the building, common areas, and grounds are clean and free of debris Regularly walking the property to inspect the building, parking lot, and common areas Responding promptly to emergencies and resident concerns Enforcing building rules and policies respectfully and consistently Maintaining accurate records and communicating with head office Performing other duties as assigned

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

Experience in resident management (preferred) Maintenance and repair skills Highly organized and team oriented Able to deal with difficult people and situations Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to be on-call, including some evenings and weekends
This position requires the Resident Manager to live onsite.

Suite allowance and salary are negotiable based on the responsibilities and duties undertaken. This position will be part time. Approx. 20 hours per week.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are an asset.
