As our on-site Resident Manager, you will be the face of the property, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, satisfied residents, and a vibrant, welcoming community.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Relations - Build strong relationships with residents, respond promptly to inquiries, resolve concerns, and foster a positive living environment.
Building Operations - Oversee daily operations, including cleaning, security, and maintenance schedules; ensure all common areas and amenities are in top condition.
Maintenance Coordination - Handle routine maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and manage minor on-site repairs.
Administration - Maintain accurate records, issue notices as required, and assist with rent collection and reporting.
Emergency Response - Act as the primary on-site contact for building emergencies, ensuring resident safety and swift resolution of issues.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property management, building operations, or hospitality.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Hands-on ability for minor maintenance/repairs is an asset.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, property management software).
Knowledge of provincial tenancies legislation is preferred.
Must reside on-site (accommodation provided).
