We protect our customers and staff by hiring and training associates committed to our safety values.We are currently recruiting for a Merchandise Presentation / Planogram Specialist. Associates in this position work towards our goal of improving and standardizing our product presentation throughout our stores.Career steps could be to move into a leadership role in merchandising, store planning or project management.Primary responsibilities:

• Work with merchants and vendors to identify best practice principles for merchandising our products to fulfill customer needs and meet our financial objectives.
• Creation of planogram documents using planogram software that support best practice merchandising principles.
• Leading team effort to merchandise sample bay in existing store or test center.
• Support roll-out of merchandising plan to appropriate store types.
• Work with analytics team to measure financial success of planograms.

Other responsibilities:

• Provide merchandising support for store set-up team projects - assortment listings, planograms, images, etc.
• On-site participation in store set-up projects.

Requirements:

• Enjoy merchandising and have some merchandising experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with detail.
• Proficient in software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to learn how to use Planogram software.
• Ability to collaborate with other teams within organization.
