Job Summary: The Reservations Agent provides prompt customer service support to airline passengers and customers. This position is responsible for issuing tickets, providing fare and tariff information, making reservations, conducting end of day sales reports, and answering general customer inquiries. Location: Norman Wells, NT Qualifications:
- Customer service aptitude with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Must be willing to relocate to Norman Wells, NT (furnished accommodations provided, rent free!).
