Naturally Pacific Resort offers an escape into Vancouver Island\xe2\x80\x99s greatest outdoor playground. Located in Campbell River, BC with breathtaking mountain and ocean views, we will offer one of the premier hospitality experiences on Vancouver Island. Scheduled to open in January 2024 this destination resort will be complete with a 100-room luxury hotel, extraordinary dining, a luxury spa, an outdoor pool space, as well as a spectacular 18-hole golf course.

In this exciting new role, the Reservations Agent will be responsible for making reservations for guests based on their needs and requirements. They will be able to type 60 WPM and have strong computer skills. The Reservations Agent will be able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. They must be proficient in English and have great communications skills. The right candidate will have previous Reservations or Booking experience.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

• 1-2 years guest service experience.
• 1 year hospitality experience.
• Experience in a similar role making bookings or reservations.
• Ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner with a high-level of hospitality.
• Maintain and adhere to organization policies and procedures.
• Complete all reservations through multiple channels (phone and email) with a strong attention to detail.
• Delivering quality guest service when booking guests stay and offering to book other Resort and local activities.
• Shares accurate knowledge about current pricing and promotions with guests and other departments.
