Reservations Agent Saskatoon SK Transwest Air is currently looking for Reservation Agents to join its energetic and growing team in Saskatoon SK. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering telephone calls and making passenger bookings in a timely and effective manner.
• Rearrange, cancel, add and cap flights as well as move passengers within computer system and notify the appropriate company personnel and passengers.
• Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure date entry in Skyline software program is accurate.
• Data verification of medical warrants within Skyline program and in accordance with Health Canada.
• Perform various office cleaning duties, such as keeping your work station clean and organized, taking out recycling, etc.
• Process purchase orders, bookings and incoming faxes
• Print load forecast sheets for pilots as needed.
• Check phone messages and provide a call back to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ability to identify and solve problems and find the most effective and efficient way to solve any issues regarding passengers or flights.
• Process pass requests for employee\'s and issue Company ID Cards
• Processing and filing of various paperwork
• Daily cash reports.
• Support Reservations Manager and other Managers with various duties.
• Effective communication with peers and department Director and liaise between other company departments.

Skill Requirements:

• Highly developed internal and external customer service skills complimented with telephone etiquette
• Must be willing to learn and comprehend numerous company manuals
• Ability to assess critical incidents and develop effective contingency plans
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good analytical and decision making skills
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work shift work
• Previous knowledge of aviation will be considered an asset
• Previous knowledge or experience with Skyline is an asset
