Position Summary:
Reporting to the PI, the Research Operations Manager will manage multicentric scientific projects and networks. Incumbent will also act as a resource person for the laboratory.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Produce scientific and financial reporting to granting agencies. Ensure compliance with granting agencies rules and regulations.

- Provide support to grant holder by managing overall projects\xe2\x80\x99 budget (total of 9M in research grants), controlling cost allocation, and tracking Produce regular internal financial reports. Act as FFM delegate for overall management of internal laboratory finances and cost allocations.

- Follow progress and collaborate with scientific teams to implement projects\xe2\x80\x99 objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Maintain database of deadlines.

- Organize and lead regular internal scientific team meetings. Produce meeting reports and implement decided strategy.

- Organize and prepare material for external committee meetings. Review and implement committee suggestions/conclusions.

- Manage acquisition of equipment, data management and any other practical aspect necessary for scientific operations.

- Liaise with human resources and administrative staff for the hiring of new lab personnel.

- Collaborate to tracking/obtaining cash and in-kind contributions from partners as well as from granting agencies.

- Liaise with all academic researchers and industry partners involved in the projects. Ensure proper distribution of information to the different involved parties.

- Manage projects branding strategy (logo/website/official announcements).

- Contribute to business development efforts in finding new collaborations and expanding the projects\' financials and scope over time.

Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s Degree 3 Years Related Experience /

Annual Salary: (MPEX Grade 05) $65,500.00 - $81,870.00 - $98,240.00

Hours per Week: 33.75 (Full time)
