We are expanding our team and seeking a Chemist to support the continued development of our electrochemical technologies, drive innovation in new process designs, and contribute to our strategic growth into new market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Advance the development of Valence's proprietary electrochemical treatment technologies.

Develop and perform analytical test plans with Valence lab scale equipment to produce wastewater reports across key markets.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and test new electrochemical processes.

Support the expansion of Valence Water into emerging industrial sectors.

Provide technical expertise to the sales team and assist in customer engagement.

Participate in general operations and contribute to strategic planning.

Travel to customer sites for technical support and implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (required); Master's degree is a strong asset.

Demonstrated experience in water treatment technologies or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to connect technical work with broader strategic business goals.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Willingness and ability to travel within North America.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
