The Centre Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of the Sensorium: Centre for Digital Arts and Technology. promoting arts-based research at the Centre and on campus. and coordinating day-to-day operational activities of the Centre, including its research and community outreach activities.
Requirements: To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:
- University Degree in a related field (i.e. Arts, Humanities, Digital Media) or equivalent (i.e. post-secondary Diploma and one year of related experience).
- 1-2 years of related work experience in a university, arts, and/or research focused environment providing financial and administrative support, including event coordination.
- Experience planning meetings and organizing conferences and events is preferred.
- Knowledge of the arts and humanities is an asset.
This is this is a part time 24 hours a week (scheduled between hours of Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm) and this position is hybrid 10 months contract.
