RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC
The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Position summary
Projects goal: Improving services for all persons with major neurocognitive disorders with an equity lens. The incumbent will mainly be working on an Alzheimer\'s Society funded mixed-method project (quantitative and qualitative) on equity for persons with major neurocognitive disorders, exploring the differences in their health services use and experiences across social-determinants of health, to inform equity-oriented policies.

As an early career researcher, building my lab, I am looking for someone to help me recruit my collaborators.

In collaboration with Dr Godard-Sebillotte, the incumbent help me recruit my collaborators.

Education: Doctorate Degree
Field of Study: Epidemiology or related field

The following are assets:

• Prior experience in project coordination and management
• Experience in budget planification and follow-up / CCV update
• Prior experience in ethics submission
• Prior experience in scientific writing (peer-review publications and grant applications),
• Prior experience in trainees\' supervision,
• Strong expertise in quantitative methods, data analysis and statistics, including provincial health administrative databases analysis, intervention evaluation, causal inference methods, statistical software programs (R and SAS),
• Proficient at using MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Teams, etc.), and reference management software,
• Expertise in mixed-methods research, participatory approach, and qualitative research,
• Advanced knowledge of equity-related literature, including social determinants of health, intersectionality, and anti-racism,
• Experience working with marginalized groups.

Pay Scale: $ 52,998.40 - $ 98,425.60$.Commensurate with education and experience
